Todd has been a dedicated local business owner for 27 years, founding and leading the APL companies since 1997. Born and raised in a Catholic family in Blaine, Minnesota, Todd attended Epiphany Catholic School before graduating from Blaine High School and completing two years of college at Mankato State. He has been a member of the SEAS parish for 38 years and a Hastings resident since moving to the area to work in the countertop and commercial cabinet industry.

With a passion for faith-based education, Todd is excited to serve on the HCEF Board to help grow the foundation financially while keeping Christ at the center of the mission.

Married to his wife, Sherry, for 38 years, Todd has two adult children, Brianna and Brandon, who both attended SEAS School. He is also a proud grandfather to four grandchildren, two of whom are SEAS students, and one currently enrolled in SEAS Preschool. Outside of his professional and board commitments, Todd enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, woodworking, and spending quality time with his grandchildren.

His dedication to the community extends beyond his business and family. Todd has been a 35-year member of the Hastings Knights of Columbus and has held previous board positions with Hastings Mission Mexico and the Hastings Men's Volleyball League. He also volunteers at the Hastings Cassia/Augustana nursing home, exemplifying his commitment to service and connection within the community.
